Placing an Order
Ordering from us is easy - simply give us a call, send us an email or WhatsApp message, and we'll take it from there.
We'll discuss your event's needs and budget to create a design that perfectly captures the essence of the occasion.
Plus, we'll email over a detailed invoice outlining the terms and conditions of your order. We believe in transparency and making the ordering process as seamless as possible.
Delivery
Our delivery service is available to customers within a 50 mile radius of Welwyn Garden City. We will personally deliver your order to your doorstep, ensuring a secure and efficient service.Delivery costs are determined by the distance from us, ranging from £5 to £100.
Our morning slot is between 9am and 1pm
Our afternoon slot is between 1pm and 5pm
Our evening slot is between 5pm and 9pm
However if you require a more specific time slot this may also be arranged.
Collection
We are a short walk from Welwyn Garden City town centre. Should you be arriving by car there is street parking for collection only. It is a permit parking area so waiting is not advised.
You can choose your delivery / collection date and either a morning, afternoon or evening slot subject to availability.
Our morning slot is between 9am and 1pm
Our afternoon slot is between 1pm and 5pm
Our evening slot is between 5pm and 9pm
However if you require a more specific time slot this may also be arranged.
